Yesterday day I ran 12 miles. I am now more then certain I can conquer the half. And do it successfully. I am am feeling so empowered. I have seven more training runs before that weekend. I can do it. I know I can.
However, I need to drink more water. I was so sick yesterday after my run. I ended up walking out of the ballet and throwing up. I was shaky and tired and had the worst headache.
So as long as I drink about 200 ounces of water a day for the next two weeks I should be fine. Right?
