12 miles and two weeks

Yesterday day I ran 12 miles.  I am now more then certain I can conquer the half.  And do it successfully.  I am am feeling so empowered.  I have seven more training runs before that weekend.  I can do it.  I know I can. 

However, I need to drink more water.  I was so sick yesterday after my run.  I ended up walking out of the ballet and throwing up.  I was shaky and tired and had the worst headache. 

So as long as I drink about 200 ounces of water a day for the next two weeks I should be fine.  Right?

21 Day Extreme

I started 21 day fix extreme yesterday.  Well the work out part.  Diet was not a win.  Today my shoulder hurts and my abs are burning.  I am hoping the shoulder pain goes away tomorrow.  Running has been not great this week dumb job.  

I need to drink more water.  The 21 day fix was just what I needed to get more motivated.

First of 2016

First run of the year. Three miles   It felt great until I stopped and then it was too cold.  Atill freezing almost an hour later.  Lungs got a work out.  Hoping to sleep well tonight.  Need to drink more water.
